Buying a new Accord from Lia was a breeze

Each person I talked to at Lia Honda was very cordial and helpful throughout the whole buying process. Troy Conlin was excellent. Not pushy and extremely helpful which is what I want from a dealership. I will buy from Lia Honda again.

    Gregg Palm at Lia in Enfield CT was great from the moment I walked in the door! He explained what was to be done on my vehicle and let me know how much it would be and about how long it would take! There were no surprises! The work was completed before the time they said and when I went back to pick up Gregg explained everything!!

    Ashley Theodore helped me during my service for simple oil change and when I found out needed brakes she schedule me promptly and when a loaner vehicle was not available she called me to avoid me coming in and secured loaner for next day. She was courteous helpful knowledgeable best service I had there .

    Great job by Greg Palm and the rest of the team fixing my a/c on my 2009 CRV! They were upfront about all costs and even gave me a heads up about some other issues that needed attention. Very friendly and professional. Explained everything and answered all my questions. Great job!!

    I needed a oil change and also wanted to check an issue with my AC. Jesse Robles was helping me and he did a great job getting me in and out. He also notice I’ve been a loyal customer and he found a coupon for me! So yes I had a great experience!

    We were able to reach a deal in a very timely manner. Edwin Guzman was the kind of salesperson I like dealing with. He is knowledgeable, personable, upfront in an easy no pressure way. He was excellent in showing us the car and all it's features before the deal and great at going over it again and setting up many of the tech features when we picked up the car. He was very patient answering all our many questions throughout. We are happy with the car, the deal and how everything went at the dealership. We had reservations about visiting a dealership which was 55 miles from our home but are glad we did.

    I had a big repair with my Honda Odyssey, and Jesse Robles @ Lia Honda took the time to let me know what was happening every step of the diagnosis and repair. He even took a picture of my engine and sent it to me so I could see what he was referring to during our conversation. I definitely recommend asking for Jesse if you need any service to your vehicle.

    I have bought three brand new Honda cars over the years at Lia Honda and am very pleased with the service department and Greg Palm. Greg always gets me right in for appointments and I have no complaints. The work is done when promised and I look forward to working with Greg for my Honda Service appointments in the future. I highly recommend him.

    Whenever I need service for my CRV, I call Greg Palm. He gets me in quickly and is very thorough. He is very good explaining the issue and what the service entails. Greg has been my service manager since I bought the car 6 years ago and I trust his judgement.

    Ashley Theodore was very personable. I find the service hours are not as convenient as the service hours at another Honda dealership that I purchased my car from. I brought my car in for an oil change and ended up with a $1000 bill. I also wish that the service records for my car were available to whatever Honda dealership I take my car to. I had new tires installed at another dealership less then 6 months ago, and initially was told by Ashley that my tires were showing wear (per the technician) which opinion changed when I pointed out that I had recently replaced my tires.

    This is the second Honda CRV that we have purchased from Lia Honda and both times were fortunate enough to work with Phillip Bologna. Phil was courteous, responsive to all questions via phone/text as well as in-person, thorough in his explanations and never made us feel rushed in decision making. We will definitely call on Phil for our next Honda purchase.

    Many people do not believe in having their car serviced at the dealership. When I purchased a car, I always returned to the dealership for service. Even after the warranty expired, I continued to service my car at the dealership. I felt that for my situation, this was the best approach for me. Everyone has to feel comfortable with who they are dealing with. I personally, did not want to search for a shop for repairs/maintenance. I met with Jesse Robles of Lia Honda Enfield , where he described and recommended additional service. I was never under pressure to say yes to all repairs. He explained the issue and possible impacts and asked me how I wanted to proceed. I have been a long time customer of Lia Honda - 2005, and believe that this works for me.
