onAshley Theodore was very personable. I find the service hours are not as convenient as the service hours at another Honda dealership that I purchased my car from. I brought my car in for an oil change and ended up with a $1000 bill. I also wish that the service records for my car were available to whatever Honda dealership I take my car to. I had new tires installed at another dealership less then 6 months ago, and initially was told by Ashley that my tires were showing wear (per the technician) which opinion changed when I pointed out that I had recently replaced my tires.
