Dealership Service Review
Many people do not believe in having their car serviced at the dealership. When I purchased a car, I always returned to the dealership for service. Even after the warranty expired, I continued to service my car at the dealership. I felt that for my situation, this was the best approach for me. Everyone has to feel comfortable with who they are dealing with. I personally, did not want to search for a shop for repairs/maintenance. I met with Jesse Robles of Lia Honda Enfield , where he described and recommended additional service. I was never under pressure to say yes to all repairs. He explained the issue and possible impacts and asked me how I wanted to proceed. I have been a long time customer of Lia Honda - 2005, and believe that this works for me.
