Edwin Guzman at Lia Honda was incredibly helpful when we were purchasing a pre-owned car. He went out of his way to explain everything to us, was very knowledgeable and flexible. He let us know exactly what we would need to do to purchase… the car and assisted us with the transfer. It was a great experience!

Excellent service

The work is always fairly priced, done right the first time, and the service is excellent.… Jessie Robles has helped me several times now and he is superb. 10/10Sydney, thank you for being a repeat customer and entrusting us to service your car. by Chris on 12/21/2018Jon Alaimo went the extra mile again for me when his dealership accidentally forgot to return my wheel locks to me the last time I had my brakes serviced there. When I discovered (months later) that it was missing, I called the dealership… who offered to replace the wheel locks and perform a tire rotation free of charge [Other places wanted to charge me $80 to replace the wheel locks]. To my surprise when I arrived to have the work done, Jon found my missing wheel locks and did the rotation and multi point inspection for free. This dealership has always been fair and very accommodating to me.Jon Alaimo and all Lia Honda staff are great

He is the man, and even though I had to wait a few extra days for my car, he made it worth the wait by giving me the car I requested to use while mine was… in the shop. On top of all that, he is insanely kind and easy going and overall gave me top notch service. If I ever go back for service on my car I will definitely be requesting Jesse. Have been leasing a 2016 Accord EX-L 3.5 since it was new and with 15k on the odometer have experienced little to no issues. The issues I have had have all been resolved with… the friendly staff at Kia Honda. Steve Crafsic was my service advisor and thoroughly reviewed the service process with a decent approximate completion time. Waiting room is spacious and clean with wi-fi and refreshments which makes the time go by easier. Chairs in the waiting room are also very nap worthy.Quick Service for my 2017 Honda CR-V
