    We were pleased with the service that we rece8ve on our Honda CRV 2016. It was done in a timely schedule as we did not know that we had to have an appointment to get it done. A dead battery is very important if you need you need your car. Thank you.

  • Terrible Service and Communication

    I brought my civic to Autonation 104 after a minor accident that triggered my airbag system and seatbelts. I ask my service advisor to work with State Farm on the repair. I didn’t hear from my service advisor for a week. It is nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone in their service dept. When Morgan S. finally returned my call, she stated she had been out sick. My repair should have been addressed by someone else in her absence. Meanwhile Statefarm continuously tried to make contact with the service dept. with no luck. Two weeks have gone by. I finally speak with Morgan after not hearing from her and have to repeat all the claim details I’ve previously communicated to her. I don’t hear back with any progress so reach out again. This time she tells me I need to open a claim with my insurance agent. I feel that she never listened to me or made an effort to take my claim details. She never made an effort to help or communicate with me or my agent for a $4300 repair! Also left voicemails with the Service Manager, who never returned my call. After nearly 4 weeks of trying to work with Autonation 104, I gave up and picked up the civic. I’ll take it to a different dealer, won’t be back. This service department is completely incompetent. Worst communication and experience I’ve had at a repair facility. Would never recommended this dealer.

  • Simple recall turns into major service screw up.

    Terrible service team. I went in for a recall and the service writer couldn't even tell me if they replaced the part or just inspected it. This was the 2nd time I brought it in for the same recall. And if that wasn't bad enough, they scuffed the material on the drivers seat and now they need to keep it longer to replace the seat cover. Do not go to this dealership for service!!!!!!

  • Good Service Team

    We have (2) 20 yr old Honda Pilots. On separate occasions we had each one diagnosed for possible issues. Two different service reps: Crystal and Morgan. Both made me feel that I was getting personal attention and each explained everything carefully. Options for work to be done were gone over. Time of work estimates were totally reasonable. I was pleased that there weren't a bunch of items suggested that might seem like "selling up". Any discounts available were applied to the final totals. And Roberto is an EXCELLENT mechanic. He is candid, honest, and explains in lay terms. With both cars, our issues were addressed and we left feeling confident in our vehicles.

    Worked hard to get the car I wanted and at the price point I had to stay at which with important bring on Social Security. Important to note there was another dealership closer but they dug in with price and insisted I had to have ALL options they would be putting on and would not consider maybe going down on price for those. Many things I just plain don't want!

  • Great experience at AutoNation 104 Honda

    We needed to service the AC unit in our 2023 Civic before giving it away to our daughter / stepdaughter who was moving to CO. Autonation was able to take us right away. Moses walked us through what the potential issues and solutions would be. We got the car back quicker than expected, the AC was fixed and the price was fair. While in CO I would recommend them to any Honda owner.

    I was extremely impressed with the way the sales person (Justin) listened to me and was willing to let me test drive vehicles so I can narrow my search. He did not push any vehicle in my face and I felt he was not just looking for a sale. Buying a car is not the greatest experience, but it was pleasant at AutoNation Honda!! Thank you
