Since I reside over an hour away from the dealership, my salesman Mr. Mark Becker was extremely helpful. I wanted to purchase this vehicle under my business,… which I had never done before. Luckily Mr. Becker was extremely knowledgable on the intricacies of that process, and I had most of the paperwork completed via email before making the trip to the dealership for the test drive. by Dr Walt on 01/30/2024I took my older SL in for a routine check and inspection. Needed brakes and there was a problem with the roof not closing tight. Technician pointed out the problems and I told them to get it done. Well in a couple of days my SL is once… again in great shape. This was my present to me when I retired in 2005 and they have kept it running like new all these years. Great service all around. Must be true because I keep coming back to have it serviced. Thanks.Determine the problem with battery.

This is how service used to be at better quality establishments but seldom is anymore. The… shop manager also helped us out with getting repair covered even though it was slightly out of warranty.(Due to us being slow to get the car in because of holidays) Perfect experience all the way around.
