Service technician provided an extremely thorough video/voice review of the work requested & resolution to resolve the functions. In addition, the vehicle was checked for routine status driving fundamentals for the customers safety, even though the vehicle is brand new-- assuring the drivers safety & confidence. All work was done under warranty, no money was required. A very nice touch, Thank you !
