Chris in the service department was exceptional to work with. Communicating on status of repair and timeline, arranging the loaner car and follow up. This is how service used to be at better quality establishments but seldom is anymore. The shop manager also helped us out with getting repair covered even though it was slightly out of warranty.(Due to us being slow to get the car in because of holidays) Perfect experience all the way around. Well done!
