Lying salesman
by AB on 07/20/2023Yes "lying salesman" is a meme, but I'm still going to call this location out for it. Bought a car used. It had some minor damage on it. Realized it wasn't for me, no big deal, and this location Autonation USA Broadway refused to honor the… money-back guarantee because of preexisting damage they lied about. Refused to provide images, had no damage itemization, rushed through paperwork, just had to go off the word of one sales guy. Guess the paycheck was more important than integrity. Lying used-car salesman stereotype with shady practices. If you need a car take your money somewhere else.Excellent

Car Damaged During Transport Poor Customer Service
by LF on 11/10/2022I bought a high end 85k+ sports car that had to be shipped from another out of state Auto Nation store. The car arrived with quite a few cosmetic damages that were not on any of the pictures of the original listing. I also called the… dealership that posted the car and asked if there were any cosmetic defects on the car to take note of that were not shown in the photos. I was assured that there were none. The whole bottom of the front bumper was scratched up pretty badly and it's quite obvious that it was sustained during the transport process or at least it was new. I asked if anyone inspected the car before they accepted the delivery and no one did. Sid, my sales associate, tried to tell me that the car is sold in "as is" condition. I had asked prior to signing any paperwork that if the car arrived not as pictured, can I refuse delivery and get my deposit back and he told me yes. I felt like I was lied to. On top of it all, within the time that the car was listed to the time that it arrived, which was approximately 3 weeks, there was an additional 536 miles put on the car. I refused delivery and had to talk to Tina, the manager. She promised that all the noted cosmetic damages would be addressed. I have wasted time out of work to drop my car off twice and still they have not correctly fixed the front bumper. I will have to bring my car in again for a 3rd time. This has all been such a waste of my time. It should have all been taken cared of the first time around when they had my car for 2 days. It has not been a fun car buying experience. I do not recommend this dealership. If you shop here, get EVERYTHING in writing and in detail because they will go back on what they tell you or outright ignore it. A lot of assurances verbally but will not back it up. Luckily, I bought this car with cash. I can imagine how much more time I would have had to spend at this dealership if I had to do a loan.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. No service
by Jmw on 11/09/2022The car I purchased showed a check engine light the second day of ownership. Took it to the dealer and they diagnosed it as a recurring fault. Sent me to a BMW dealer who originally cleared the engine light. Service manager at Autonation… said he would follow up with me. It is now 8 days later and I can’t get anyone at Autonation Broadway to answer the phone. The BMW dealership fixing the car cannot get them either. Absolutely horrendous service and follow up. I don’t recommend this dealer for anything, not even sales if their customer service is the poor.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback.
