onThe car I purchased showed a check engine light the second day of ownership. Took it to the dealer and they diagnosed it as a recurring fault. Sent me to a BMW dealer who originally cleared the engine light. Service manager at Autonation said he would follow up with me. It is now 8 days later and I can’t get anyone at Autonation Broadway to answer the phone. The BMW dealership fixing the car cannot get them either. Absolutely horrendous service and follow up. I don’t recommend this dealer for anything, not even sales if their customer service is the poor.
