Yes "lying salesman" is a meme, but I'm still going to call this location out for it. Bought a car used. It had some minor damage on it. Realized it wasn't for me, no big deal, and this location Autonation USA Broadway refused to honor the money-back guarantee because of preexisting damage they lied about. Refused to provide images, had no damage itemization, rushed through paperwork, just had to go off the word of one sales guy. Guess the paycheck was more important than integrity. Lying used-car salesman stereotype with shady practices. If you need a car take your money somewhere else.
