Fast and friendly service

Oil change

From the very beginning to the end, my advisor was on top of everything to include great communication. I was in 12/13 and brought in my 22 Ram 1500 at 0800. I… really didn’t want to go back to AutoNation because of my past experience with my advisor, but I really needed an oil change due to me leaving town. I will be back for sure and I hope management can look up my info from above and give my advisor a steak dinner and a bonus. Well done! Horrible service they do not inspect their vehicles
by Alejandra Tinoco on 09/26/2024I will not purchase from this dealer ever again nor I would recommend, i purchase a 2021 dodge Durango and the next day the low tire pressure sensor came on, I had to replace the 2 front tires and I didn’t even had a week with the vehicle I… reached out to them and of course they said the vehicle passed the inspection however the two front tires had plugs all over and they were 2 inch from the sidewalk which wis a hazard and they did not wanted to be responsible for this or the 617 I paid for it, it’s been almost 3 weeks and they haven’t sent the pay off for my trade in and expect me to make a payment for a vehicle I got have anymore! Great Truck and Pleasant Staff
by Greg Boo on 01/13/2024The staff were friendly, not pushy and easy to deal with. For the most part it was a pleasant experience. My only frustration was that I found the truck I ended up purchasing on their website listed at the "Autonation Price", I called and… confirmed availability and price. Then after I arrived and test drive the truck, the price they brought to the table was $3,100 more than the advertised price. I was told someone made a mistake. It's not my fault someone "made a mistake" and they should've honored the advertised price which was also confirmedto me before I went to the dealership. It seemed a bit unethical as I'd they were trying to get customers in with a great deal then switch one you were at the dealership. I negotiated a thousand dollars of that price but it was still $2,000 more than their advertised price. WARNING!!! AutoNation on Broadway
by Kwallace on 12/01/2023I absolutely WOULD NOT recommend AutoNation and will never bring my vehicle back to this service center. Over the period of a year I spent $20,000 in repairs at this service center and one of the service advisors treated me like he was… inconvenienced by my business every time I went there. I had a new engine installed in my Ram Promaster at this service center and the service engine light came on the first day. The engine would only gets 6/gl, had a coolant leak and had an engine code for a knock sensor. I was told the service engine light and poor gas milage would go away once I drove it a while. A couple weeks later I would be broke down in an intersection. After a second trip to the dealership and $1700 for two new knock sensors and a new alternator they said they had fixed it. However dump trucks get better gas mileage than my van now and the service engine light is still on. Went to talk to the service manager Travis and was met by the same rude service advisor. I’d had enough of his BS so I left angry and demanding that manager call me. It’s been over a week and no call. I guess they decided they’ve gotten enough of my money. I’ll never come back to this dealership and will warn others when given the opportunity.Jared Drew - service associate

They arranged a shuttle, and provide information on items needed to get my truck running properly. The team worked hard… and got all of the items completed same day. All of the Service Advisors are personable, professional and attentive. On this particular day, Adam was the advisor. I… left the car and during the process I was kept informed of anything that the Service technician may have found that was a concern with photos. There was never any pressure of having the additional work done. Only a recommendation! The Service Technician's have always taken good care of my car. Covering the seats with plastic and I've never came across any grease inside the interior. Worst Experience I've ever had purchasing a car
by AutoNaFRAUD on 08/19/2023I purchased two certified, used trucks for a total of ~$100k. During my sales experience, both my sales person (and I think) the finance person were let go. I paid for both trucks, and then the dealership told me the power steering pump… on of the the trucks was broken and they needed to fix it. After serveral days of not hearing back, I called the dealership and was informed that the power steering pump they ordered arrived damaged and they needed to order a new one. Finally, two weeks after the truck was paid for, I was told the truck was available (I had to call, they never followed up once), and my employee went to pick it up. When he arrived, the truck had a damaged windshield. Through this whole process, no one has reached out or been proactive. The sales manager repeatedly called me the wrong name. I'm in absolute shock at how horrible this experience was.Hi, it's upsetting to hear that your experience was anything but stellar.
