The staff were friendly, not pushy and easy to deal with. For the most part it was a pleasant experience. My only frustration was that I found the truck I ended up purchasing on their website listed at the "Autonation Price", I called and confirmed availability and price. Then after I arrived and test drive the truck, the price they brought to the table was $3,100 more than the advertised price. I was told someone made a mistake. It's not my fault someone "made a mistake" and they should've honored the advertised price which was also confirmedto me before I went to the dealership. It seemed a bit unethical as I'd they were trying to get customers in with a great deal then switch one you were at the dealership. I negotiated a thousand dollars of that price but it was still $2,000 more than their advertised price. I was frustrated, but in the end purchased the truck and the staff were very nice to deal with.
