AutoNation Dodge Ram Broadway
Dealership Service Review
I absolutely WOULD NOT recommend AutoNation and will never bring my vehicle back to this service center. Over the period of a year I spent $20,000 in repairs at this service center and one of the service advisors treated me like he was inconvenienced by my business every time I went there. I had a new engine installed in my Ram Promaster at this service center and the service engine light came on the first day. The engine would only gets 6/gl, had a coolant leak and had an engine code for a knock sensor. I was told the service engine light and poor gas milage would go away once I drove it a while. A couple weeks later I would be broke down in an intersection. After a second trip to the dealership and $1700 for two new knock sensors and a new alternator they said they had fixed it. However dump trucks get better gas mileage than my van now and the service engine light is still on. Went to talk to the service manager Travis and was met by the same rude service advisor. I’d had enough of his BS so I left angry and demanding that manager call me. It’s been over a week and no call. I guess they decided they’ve gotten enough of my money. I’ll never come back to this dealership and will warn others when given the opportunity.
