He reviewed the inventory and had several cars meeting my criteria for me to test drive. This narrowed my search down and saved me search the inventory. He… shared each car’s features and was very knowledgeable about the cars and dovetailed it with my needs. I have never seen such clean used cars before, they looked new. The financial member, Jillian, was clear and easy to understand. Painless recall repair
by Leadbelly on 06/29/2021Fast and efficient service from the time I scheduled my appointment to the time I drove out after repair. Service folks were friendly while efficient. They finished 30 minutes earlier than their estimate which meant a lot to me as I chose… to wait there. Appreciated that there were two waiting areas with one being outdoors. Beverage and snacks available, computer carrels in case one needed to work, comfortable and plentiful seating arrangements, we never felt crowded. Love that there was no added pressure to have other work done on the car when I was checking in. I called to make an appointment to have some recall items addressed and also asked if they could look at some rattling I'd been hearing. I was… able to get my car in to be looked at the very next day. Every team member I interreacted with was friendly, professional, and helpful. I received a call to explain the inspection findings and recommendations, including the actual cost of each step. I found the cost to be fair and appreciated the transparency.
