Exceeded expectations

onSubaru West in Golden exceeded my expectations. I had my 2017 Outback towed there because it wouldn’t start even with a new battery. It turned out that the NEW battery was bad. The service team took out the battery for me so that I could take it to Costco to get a replacement. I brought them the second new battery, and they put it in for me, tested everything out and updated the electronics control software. They also fixed a leak in my windshield washer system and ordered a new cargo area cover. Because I have an extended warranty, it was all covered, and there was no charge.
