    TWO PROBLEMS: 1st I put a "deposit" on a credit card to hold a car I wanted to buy. When I paid for car, "deposit" wasn't taken off final price! I thought it would be refunded. After a month now, still haven't got my deposit returned!!! Waiting... 2nd: after car was detailed and I had to wait several hours after I had paid for it, driving it off the lot I noticed a small chip in windshield. I drove back to dealership, but by then, salesperson had left. So I called, left message, and no one got back to me. Called again, left more messages, got no answers. Two weeks later I saw chip had spread to crack! FINALLY drove back to dealership so salesperson could see in person what happened when chip wasn't fixed immediately. They had to replace entire windshield when chip could've been fixed easily, sooner. Not good!

    I was extremely hesitant about going through a dealer, because my credit was so poor. Everyone from your dealership, sales agent and finance were extremely professional.     Very disappointed with the service! I’m not to sure if anyone has had a similar situation like me? I came in for an oil and filter change and brake check and I get my vehicle back with my air conditioning system not working!! How does this happen? They get me back in stating that with maintenance check they do check all filters. Get told that my cabin air filter is plugged with leaves! Might possible use my extended warranty to replace the motor. Do mind you I had no problems with my ac prior and I also park in a garage so something is definitely off!!! I know nowadays every one is struggling. Businesses are trying to stay afloat so I’m just stating please be aware if you decide to take your vehicle here to be maintenance make sure when you leave just check everything!

    I went to AutoNation Subaru West a week ago yesterday to look at what they had available. I wasn't even planning to buy a vehicle. I was given an offer for my 2018 Toyota Tacoma that I just couldn't say no to. I ended up purchasing a 2024 Subaru Outback Touring Xt, and I honestly couldn't be more pleased with my experience overall! The sales team was patient, flexible, and understanding to my needs.

And I really appreciate the personal and dedicated attention from Kevin, Dan and Mitch. The entire process from the initial test drive, car selection and through to the final signed paperwork was very relaxed (yet professional).     My salesman Allen was excellent. Did everything he said and promised, returned my e-mails and phone calls promptly and allowed me a smooth and trouble free procurement of my 2024 Legacy. All my other contacts at Autonation Subaru were also cordial and appreciative of my business. No dealer markup, dealer addons, or pressure to purchase aftermarket accessories. Should another Subaru be in my future, I will most likely return to Autonation Subaru West.
