We recently purchased a new Outback at AutoNation Subaru West. Everyone was kind and respectful. Our salesperson, RJ, was extraordinarily patient, understanding, informative and helpful throughout the whole process. It was a relaxed, pleasant experience, and we have no hesitation in recommending this agent and this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. Also, their coffee is excellent!
