    I have purchased 3 trucks from this dealership and I have had them serviced at there as well over the last 15 years. Recently I have had nothing but issues with the service department and it is sad to see. First, I have called multiple times to get a service appointment with no return call. Due to my loyalty I gave them another try and did get an appointment on 9-30-2021 to have my back brakes and rotors serviced (original pads and rotors made it 107,000 miles). The apt was at 8:30 and I arrived early and left my 2015 Sierra with them all day and let them know I needed it back that day. The day went by and I did not hear from the service advisor so I left a message and received no return call. After going through the main switchboard, I got a hold of the service advisor late in the day who told me he was working up an estimate for several items that needed attention. I asked if they had serviced the brakes as I had asked and they had not. I left the truck with them that day and asked that at the brakes be services as requested and that the truck be ready by afternoon the following day. The next day I called and same issues getting a hold of the service advisor who then told me the truck was being worked on, but he was not sure if it would ready by the end of the day. I had to leave the truck for another day and picked it up the next morning. The brakes pads were replaced and the rotors were turned (not replaced) and the brake fluid was changed as this was recommend. I then reviewed the service ticket and I had several questions about the costs for parts, labor and Misc charges that the service advisors could not explain at all. I asked for my inspection report, but the service advisor could not print it off. I asked about the other items that he mentioned needed attention and he said he emailed them to me, which he did not so I asked why they were not listed on the service ticket like they usually are. Again, no explanation. This is unacceptable to me. The next day I get a text message and email that I have a service appointment for April 8, 2022. (which I did not make). I am very disappointed with this visit and still have nothing to let me know about other service issues that need to be addressed. I have had good luck with GMC Sierras and typically keep them for 10 years.

  • Get everything in writing

    Bought a used vehicle around New Years. The salesperson (Kyle) we dealt with was GREAT, no complaints. The vehicle had cracking paint on the hood and dents on the cowl that we noticed a few days later. We didn’t notice this when we bought the vehicle because it was snowy on the day we bought it. Brought the vehicle back to have them look at it. Scott (used car manager?) said that they would repaint the hood and they would get the dents out of the cowl, although he did say that maybe not ALL the dents could be removed. I agreed to that and brought the vehicle to the body shop that they use. The body shop repainted the hood, but said that that AutoNation denied the cowl repair. Apparently the cowl would need to be replaced (part is $200) and the General Manager denied it. Called AutoNation a few more times and talked Ron. He did acknowledge that the cowl could not be repaired and needed to be replaced, and that is why it was denied. He was going to talk to the general manager and get back with me. No one ever called me back. I called GM (Dennis) a few day later and he also acknowledged that the cowl was not repaired do to the cost (which he said was $800?), and I was lucky that they even repainted the hood. The takeaway from this is do not trust what they say and get everything in writing, which unfortunately I did not do.

    My husband and I had a great experience at this dealership!! We were very upset and discouraged when we arrived after being treated like dirt at Christopher Dodge so our spirits were not the highest. However James greeted us with a smile and we told him exactly what we wanted. He made no promises and did not show us the car we wanted with all the bells and whistles, he went straight to work to find us exactly what we were looking for with our maximum monthly payment in mind. Mike in financing worked hard with James and they got us the deal of the lifetime!! They got me exactly what I wanted (even the color!) And I was thrilled!! Our process took longer because James personally drove to pick up my 2016 dodge journey crossroad plus from the arapahoe location and brought it back so we could leave with it the same day. Our kids were tired and restless so he treated us all to dinner while they fueled and washed my car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy. They are amazing at what they do and James and Mike helped our family tremendously. I would never dream of going anywhere else ever again!!!

    I even can said that this guys made it possible for me just because they made me feel confident and showed me respect since I got there. I spoke first with Jovany who's a humble and nice person that seemed he took it personal to make the deal possible. Then I met Michel other great man in whos face I could see on the hard he worked for make my dream come true, he gave me good price for the vehicle I gave in trade, good price for the vehicle I bought and I left that place trusting more in them and feeling proud of me and them.     After purchasing over 30 vehicles over the years, this was one of the best experiences my wife and I have had. Tiny and the whole staff at AutoNation were exceptional, from the first test drive, through the whole experience to follow-up after the sale. Tiny's knowledge of the products was second-to-none.     I made an appointment for a 100,000 mile service on a Yukon XL. All aspects of visit went well from making the appointment to getting a loaner vehicle to getting my vehicle back on time as promised. I received honest feedback on the condition of the car without being pushed to make unnecessary repairs. Having never been to this dealer before I was pleasantly surprised by their high level of service quality.

    I am 54 years young and have delt with car salesmen a Few times in my life ( not fun). However for the first time this was a pleasant experience at Autonation Buick, GMC West. I felt that I got great service a really good price and I wasn't pressured. Had I been pressured in any way I would have walked out. Oscar was a great sales guy!! Mark, Arvada, CO.

    My first visit to the service dept. was great. They gave me the appointment time that I needed. When I got there they really listened to the problems that I was having and asked questions. They gave me a ride home, called later with an est. for the repairs and then gave me a ride back to get my car. I will be back the next time I need service or have a problem. The staff there really know what they are doing.

    This place is a total scam. After coming to an agreement on the price of a car with the manager Scott, he refused to honor the details of the deal that I had worked out with the salesman earlier in the negotiation. The mechanism that allowed the seat to lay flat in a station wagon was broken and the salesman told me that they would fix it. The manager stated that they would absolutely not fix it. The car was being sold "as is". He told me "It doesn't matter what the salesman told you." So much for the hours I spent talking over and test driving the car with the salesman. The price that I agreed I would pay was already a bit higher than I wanted to spend, and as soon as I agreed to his selling price he dictated the "as is" terms to me. His next sales tactic was to tell me that his GM felt that the car had been under priced and that they were going to raise the price by $1000 the next day so If I didn't take the car at that price, as is, it would be a thousand dollars more expensive the following day. When I called back the next day to discuss having the seat looked at to determine what additional expense might be associated with buying the car Scott told me that the car had gone up in price as he said it would. When I told him that I was going to write an unfavorable review of his dealership for having gone back on the terms of the deal we had worked out. He said "Oh, you think threatening me is going to make me want to sell you a car?" I didn't realize that I had to earn the privilege of buying a car from this dealership. Do not trust these people, and make sure that you get every detail of what you discuss in writing before you sign on the X or they will take you for a ride. Also watch out for the extremely shady high pressure sales tactics right before closing the deal.

    Was able to negotiate a good price on my new vehicle, but all other aspects of the experience were horrible. First, after emailing my interest and confirming a visit to the dealership to view the car (45 min each way from my house), the salesman told me that it was not there! He forgot to double check the inventory on the lot. I expressed interest in accessories as we were closing the sale and never received a follow up once the sale was final. Finally, they did not send my title information to the county and I was unable to get my license tags for my vehicle. Again, if I didn't get a good price, I would rate them a 1 star. Everything else has been a pain!

  • Horrible Customer Service and Unprofessional

    We purchased a 2011 Buick Enclave with less than five hundred miles as a used car from GO GMC WEST in July. The dealer is a mess when it comes to paperwork, customer service and money. First, they completely screwed up the paperwork for the title and had to mail forms out to us via FedEx weeks later to process the title. That was a minor inconvenience to what has happened since. We found out a couple weeks after purchase that the dealer eroneously charged us city sales tax in the amount of almost nine hundred bucks. We learned that our city does not charge city sales tax on vehicle purchases and called them to get the money refunded. This is when the fun begins. The check is in the mail. The check is in the mail. It is two months later and our credit union has neither the check or the title for this vehicle. It has been so long that we already have plates from the state and have the car registered, but we still are owed almost nine hundred bucks. My wife and I have called and called this dealership. It is the same runaround and unprofessionalism each time. Transfer to voicemail, no one answers the line in the first place, please hold and eventually the call is hung up. It seems like everyone there wants to pass the buck and continue to just blow us off. My wife asked what they were going to do to make this whole mess right. She was thinking at a minimum a free oil change or a discount on services might show they even cared. She was told it would be made right by paying us our money. We are over sixty days out and still don't have the money refunded. The credit union still has never received the title. Steer clear of this place. It is like calling a teenager on the phone and expecting an intelligent answer. Today I spent fifteen minutes calling over and again. First call was a transfer to voicemail. I asked for the general manager and they passed me to the voicemail of a salesman. Second call she asked me to hold while she looked up our information. That call lasted five minutes and was dropped while I was still on hold. Third call she acted like she never talked to me and wanted to know what I needed. I tried a couple more times and then just gave up for today. Do you want to deal with this sort of headache? Go see them and buy a car. Don't say you were not warned.

    I had a great experience while shopping for a new GMC Sierra! I worked with Tiny, who is a delight and full of character! I was wanting a truck that was a lot like the one sitting on the showroom floor. There were a few major differences in what I wanted such as color and the style of front seating, but the guys had no problem at all with pulling it out and letting me take it for a ride since they did not have what I wanted on the lot. Upon returning, Tiny found a truck that matched my needs to a "T" but the manager of a sister lot was using it and wouldn't be back for a vacation until Monday. I bought the truck without seeing it, trusting that what Tiny told me and what the paper listed about the truck was true. Tiny drove the Truck to me 3 hours away on Tuesday and I have loved it since!! Thanks Tiny!!

    Everything was great until I found out there were problems with my new vehicle and I called them to see if they'd help me out and they didn't. they told me a bunch of lies and didn't help me with repairs at all even after they said the truck was clean. I will never be going back to this place and I will never recommend anyone to go there.

    We had a good experience with sales assoc. Chuck. He was knowledgable about the product, was able to compare models and characteristics, and was pleasant to deal with. He gave advice, and we pretty much sold ourselves. We would recommend these guys.
