Dealership Service Review
We took our Yukon Denali in for an oil change and ~95K mile service in early December. We have (hopefully) just now gotten all our required service done after 4 trips to have issues readdressed after having the car in the shop originally for over 4 business days on the "original" routine service in December (including, engine mount, shocks/struts all around, drivetrain flush, new tires, all presumable OEM approved). The dealership has a history of poor communication with us and continues to be exceedingly poor in customer service and communication within the dealership as well as between the dealership and customer. This is the second time I had direct conversations with the manager and although team members have changed the communication issues remain. . It is quite frustrating to pay dealership repair prices and the dealership can’t do it right the first time and then takes 2 month to rectify the problem without trying to work with us on ways to mitigate the impact of 4 times without the vehicle while it is serviced.
