Worth the drive

by bfair1 on 06/26/2014We bought our first Prius in 2004 from Ron D. at what was then Longmont Toyota and found the experience very straight forward and pleasant, unlike previous experiences elsewhere. A few weeks ago we started thinking about buying a new Prius… v. I did some research and pricing on the internet and we drove out to Stapp Interstate (formerly Longmont Toyota). We were pleasantly surprised to learn that Ron was still with the company after ten years. He was not in that day but Travis, a very pleasant and knowledgeable young man, showed us the different models and explained their feature. I emailed Ron the offers I had received online I he agreed to match the lowest price. A few days later we were the happy owners of a new Prius. There was absolutely no hassle or back and forth from one person to another, just a pleasant business transaction.Love STAPP Interstate Toyota

We shopped around for a few months and initially were looking to purchase a used Sienna.… We visited several dealers in the nearby area - all of which were very helpful - but the customer service we received from Stapp Interstate was outstanding! It is family owned and I believe that makes a difference in how customers are treated. The employees were all well dressed, and the showroom was very clean with many different informational areas set up. EVERYONE at the dealership was outstanding! Our salesman Bruce Harrington was wonderful to work with. A wonderful Stress Free experience and we are very Excited with our New Sienna! We would highly recommend STAPP Interstate Toyota to all my family and friends!Stapp Toyota
by rick_0079 on 10/27/2009A nice selection of cars and good location off of I-25. Salesman seems to know about the cars. We had a hard time trying to negotiate with these guys though and they seemed more interested in grilling us about our personal information.… They load the cars up with options that one doesn't normally need to take and there are very few cars without them. Looks like at least an extra $1000 on most vehicles. Very poor with trade ins, basically, they don't want them so you get lowballed. Also, they make you come down to see them and refuse to work with you over the phone like other dealers in the Denver Metro area. Overall not bad since there aren't many Toyota dealers accesible up north. They're new and seems like they are learning.....just a little slow on how to deal with active, busy professionals who don't have time to play all the games.POOR SALES BY CO-OWNER

(We had bought several cars from them up to this point) He preceded to… scream at me in front of other customers in the middle of their lot that I did not give them a chance and that we were terrible customers how dare we. Will never return to Stapp to buy. I went immediately to Boulder Toyota and bought a Highlander.Worst experience ever
by tke467 on 08/24/2012updated 07/22/2025To start i have purchased 4 new cars for my wife and i over the last 10 years from a variaty of makes and dealerships, so i understand the vehicle purchase process. I walked into this dealership with the intent to purchase a vehicle cash,… and walked out with nothing. The salesman was very polite and helpful. However the owner Art was absolutely horrible. After getting 2 hours of run around and a very disrespectful and condescending conversation with art, i was told that they were closing in a few minutes and would not be able to finalize the transaction. Clearly at this point this dealership was not interested in a sale. It is unfortunate that i am not able to support the local economy with a vehicle purchase and service, but this dealership will never receive my patronage. I would avoid this dealership if at all possible.Sales and service that inspires loyalty!

Our vehicles are only serviced here and the service team has always made us feel… appreciated and educated. The dealers closest to our home were the most aggressive… negotiators, so we got down to those two. The Toyota people were low-key, patient, always asking what else they could do for us to keep them in the game. They finally put together a superior purchase package and trade-in package. I was out of the country at the time I started my vehicle search and appreciated his flexibility and accountability to accommodate the time… difference-He was prompt with replying to emails and was available by phone at the times he said he would be available. At the time I had also contacted other Toyota dealerships in the vicinity of Denver, and not a single one could/would provide a straightforward answer via email or phone for me. When I was finally able to visit the dealership in person, I did not feel the pressure typically felt during the car buying experience. Clint did a good job of assessing the vehicle that met my needs and easily answered my questions and addressed my concerns. When I finally decided to purchase a vehicle, he assembled the numerous financing scenarios I requested and the whole procedure was simple and very efficient. Even months after my purchase, Clint still promptly answers my questions, whether by email or phone.Great experence
