Excellent treatment

My wife and I were negotiating a new car purchase, first choosing between a Honda Accord and a Toyota Camry and between three dealers using Internet and phone connections. The dealers closest to our home were the most aggressive negotiators, so we got down to those two. The Toyota people were low-key, patient, always asking what else they could do for us to keep them in the game. They finally put together a superior purchase package and trade-in package. Those attitudes have continued after the purchase as well.
