We really liked working with Bruce Harrington. He was very responsive to our phone calls and emails and extremely pleasant to work with in person throughout our purchase of the 2016 Rav 4. We were pleased with the timeframe of our purchase as our schedules are very hectic and we didn't have to deal with anyone besides Bruce. It made the entire experience so easy and pleasant!
