Stapp Interstate Toyota

To start i have purchased 4 new cars for my wife and i over the last 10 years from a variaty of makes and dealerships, so i understand the vehicle purchase process. I walked into this dealership with the intent to purchase a vehicle cash, and walked out with nothing. The salesman was very polite and helpful. However the owner Art was absolutely horrible. After getting 2 hours of run around and a very disrespectful and condescending conversation with art, i was told that they were closing in a few minutes and would not be able to finalize the transaction. Clearly at this point this dealership was not interested in a sale. It is unfortunate that i am not able to support the local economy with a vehicle purchase and service, but this dealership will never receive my patronage. I would avoid this dealership if at all possible.
