Always treated well at Landmark Lincoln Mercury

I called them once I realized I had left it and the Rep assured me they had it and put it in a safe place. To me this is a demonstration of… trust and honesty that is hard to find in our current day. As a result, I feel more trusting in Lincoln. Your service was more than appreciated.Best Lincoln Dealership!

Even though I have a 30 mile round trip and the last of the Mercury Marquise I know your people will know what to do if something odd might occur. In fact it seems that since I have been… getting my service with you my car seems to run better ( especially on the highway ) and the gas mileage gets into the low 20mpg.My interactions with Service team and parts guy.
by 4tommy2 on 07/03/2015I had regular maintenance on my car, and found everyone to be very helpful, concerned, and polite in all my dealings with the service manager, and the parts man. I ended up buying a rear bumper protector for the car, and he went out of his… way to help me make the purchase. Thanks to all who are working there. Before I drove off, I raised the hood, pulled the dipstick, and confirmed that the oil was new, and the level was filled correctly. You would be surprised how many times at other dealers I have found both of things in correct.Great Services. Excellent staff!

They got one ordered, were very accommodating for my schedule and I brought it back once the part was in and the did… the install. They were great!Awesome service
by Sllayton on 06/30/2015Took my 2015 MKZ in to be serviced for the first time and I was very impressed. Starting from the time I drove into the service bay, I received great service. There's no standing around waiting for someone to notice you! I was greeted… immediately. Because I waited for the service on my car to be completed, I had the opportunity to observe how other customers were treated. I was very impressed with the treatment an elderly lady needing a ride was given. Although there are other dealerships closer to my home, I'm going to be making the drive to Landmark!Scheduling mishap; Service great!
by LS2006 on 06/14/2015updated 06/27/2015You have online scheduling for service. I tried to use it and was unable to book until the week following the one I wanted. Next it did not update your office schedule, so in effect, it made no appointment. I called the day before, just… to be sure the appointment was confirmed and there was no record whatsoever. Thankfully, the service department gave me a time to get the oil change done. Anyway, you may want to pull the online booking, or at least check the appointment confirm to be sure it is booking properly - or at all. Henceforth, I will always call to make appointments to ensure I have a specific time and date to get the work done on my Lincoln.Great Experience

The only problem was that the estimator from my insurance company had missed a big issue with my car. That meant that it took 19 days to get my car back and cost me ove $600 in… rental fees. The man in charge (Phil) apologized for the length of time it took to fix the car, but it really wasn't the fault of your dealership.Great Service
