My interactions with Service team and parts guy.

I had regular maintenance on my car, and found everyone to be very helpful, concerned, and polite in all my dealings with the service manager, and the parts man. I ended up buying a rear bumper protector for the car, and he went out of his way to help me make the purchase. Thanks to all who are working there. Before I drove off, I raised the hood, pulled the dipstick, and confirmed that the oil was new, and the level was filled correctly. You would be surprised how many times at other dealers I have found both of things in correct.
