Everyone in the collision department was very kind and polite. The only problem was that the estimator from my insurance company had missed a big issue with my car. That meant that it took 19 days to get my car back and cost me ove $600 in rental fees. The man in charge (Phil) apologized for the length of time it took to fix the car, but it really wasn't the fault of your dealership.
