Scheduling mishap; Service great!

You have online scheduling for service. I tried to use it and was unable to book until the week following the one I wanted. Next it did not update your office schedule, so in effect, it made no appointment. I called the day before, just to be sure the appointment was confirmed and there was no record whatsoever. Thankfully, the service department gave me a time to get the oil change done. Anyway, you may want to pull the online booking, or at least check the appointment confirm to be sure it is booking properly - or at all. Henceforth, I will always call to make appointments to ensure I have a specific time and date to get the work done on my Lincoln.
