  • Worst service I’ve ever had

    Scheduled a diagnostic and dropped off my car at 8am on Wednesday. Was informed it would take 48 hours to run diagnostics. My car wasn’t even looked at until 2:30pm on Friday, which they looked at it for a total of 20 minutes and told me… they couldn’t find anything wrong with my car. I spent $200 on a rental car for the service team to look at my car for 20 minutes and not help me. Now I have to pay for a real service team to look at it. Really terrible management and wish I would’ve never bought from AutoNation. Also replaced windshield wipers only for the front and not the back. Never got to the alignment. Just terribly run and need better mechanics to serve customers. Please stop signing everyone up for sixusXM, now I get spam emails every day from them. Focus on helping customers not free trials

    My first time using this dealership for service on my Jeep. Quick takes…Much easier to obtain an appointment with this dealership. Can get in in a couple of days, vs 2 weeks to a month or more, with other local Jeep dealers. Apparently… because the have more service techs and service writers. They under promise and over deliver in terms of the actual time to complete the service. Very friendly and helpful service writers. Very good overall experience!

  • Still waiting

    I put a down payment on my car over a week ago and I still haven’t received my car. They told me that the car had only been on the lot for 24 hours and hadn’t been through a safety inspection. I’m not sure why a car was listed to sale if it… wasn’t ready to drive off the lot. But here we are over a week later and I still do t have my car because they’re waiting on parts. Sales process was smooth but they were quick to take my money for a car that wasn’t even ready.

    Service was great except the rep told me that my car would be ready by the end of the day. I dropped it off at 7 AM and had not heard anything by the end of the day. I called the next morning and was told that my car was ready. When I went… to pick it up, they did not provide an explanation of the repairs and recalls until I asked if the parts were available and the recalls completed. Other than that, car was clean and service team was friendly.

    Going to work the button broke to roll up my driver's side window. I called AutoNation on Arapahoe and was told they'd do their best to get me in sooner than mid-October as they were fully booked. No one called, I called again mid-day, left… a vmail, no one called. After work, I headed over to the service department and I called again to let them know I needed to resolve this ASAP. Luckily Ronnie Alberty answered, he said although they were very busy, I could stop at the service department and he'd take a look. Long story short. he fixed my issue and I am forever grateful to him for his kindness and generosity! Ronnie treated me like a person rather than a number. If you stop by AutoNation on Arapahoe Road, please say hi to my hero!

    The advisers on duty kept me updated and were great to work with. Having worked in the industry before I could tell one adviser was in training. The senior adviser didn’t miss a beat and the trainee was personable and very helpful. Actually… both were personable and helpful. The work was done right and in a timely manner. Great job all around.
