Ronnie Alberty is my Hero!

Going to work the button broke to roll up my driver's side window. I called AutoNation on Arapahoe and was told they'd do their best to get me in sooner than mid-October as they were fully booked. No one called, I called again mid-day, left a vmail, no one called. After work, I headed over to the service department and I called again to let them know I needed to resolve this ASAP. Luckily Ronnie Alberty answered, he said although they were very busy, I could stop at the service department and he'd take a look. Long story short. he fixed my issue and I am forever grateful to him for his kindness and generosity! Ronnie treated me like a person rather than a number. If you stop by AutoNation on Arapahoe Road, please say hi to my hero!
