The advisers on duty kept me updated and were great to work with. Having worked in the industry before I could tell one adviser was in training. The senior adviser didn’t miss a beat and the trainee was personable and very helpful. Actually both were personable and helpful. The work was done right and in a timely manner. Great job all around.
