I was early and they already had a sales professional ready in minutes. Mr. Tom D. apologized for not having the… vehicle warmed up; however, I was behind the wheel and they were test driving my trade in at the same time again within minutes. I had a preapproved amount from my credit union and again they saved me extra money by using Chrysler financing. Im now driving my jeep patriot 4x4 in the snow and feeling very good about this vehicle and the safe road ahead, thanks to Tom D. and Faricy Boys staff.Fair and consistent

After researching the type of vehicle, the options and pricing… desired, I contacted several dealerships in the area, asking for a "no nonsense, over-the-internet deal". The Faricy Boys responded with the vehicle I had in mind, with the options that I wanted, and with an up-front, out the door price without hidden extras. The deal was smooth, quick, fair, haggle-free, and most accommodating. This was the best experience that I have had with a new car purchase ( and believe me, I have had some bad ones!). My wife ordered a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon X for me while I was in Afghanistan. It was waiting for me at the dealership when I go home. Our… salesman, Dave S., helped her through the ordering process and when I came to pick it up Chad, from the parts department helped me pick a few extras too. Great communication through the entire process and every question was answered promptly. The Faricy Boys staff knows their products also which is uncommon these days. A+ for knowledgeable employees. After the purchase, Marc from the finance department invited us on a trail ride to show us how capable our new Wrangler is. We saw the ad in the paper for a Jeep Patriot but it turned out to be a standard transmission which my wife cannot drive. Craig and Nick however went out… of there way and ensured us a great deal on a Patriot with automatic transmission and more too good to be true. Craig ame out and asked me what he could help me find. I pointed at it and said that… one. After that it was all smiles from us as he took care of everything. We left the car seats for our kids in the Jeep we eventually bought, and when I asked Craig where the Jeep went so I could get the seats, he told me not to worry abou it. Next thing we knew, Craig had the two car seats and a bag we accidentally left behind in the Jeep. He didn't have to do that for us, ut he did. It wasn't just Craig though, the whole staff is full of professional, warm-hearted, caring people. The nexttime I buy a vehicle, it will be from them. I have never been treated like that at a dealership, never. Five star service all the way!!!Great Buying Experience!

My purchase experience was made very comfortable by Corrie K., the sales person, and I believe she worked with me to get the best deal possible. They didn't have the… color I wanted with the options I wanted on the lot and Corrie did some searching and found what I was looking for at a nearby dealer and arranged a trade. I sent several messages to dealerships. Some responded and others didnt respond at all. While I couldnt find the… jeep with everything I wanted I did find several close. I found Faricyss Boys people very friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Others played games and said they would not be beat. Melissa B. and Ron K. were always there. See I never saw the actual jeep. I asked for pictures and window sticker. They even helped me line up a shipper to have it shipped to me some 5 hours away. I would NOT hesitate to use them again. A review at Jeep.com quickly told us Faricy had the best regional selection, so we combined a pleasure trip with a test drive. Robert D. was… knowledgeable, listened attentively, and quickly helped us crystallize our options choice. Unfortunately, at that time, the color we wanted was unavailable. Within a few days, Kerri H. gave us a final price which was better than what we could negotiate in our home town for a factory order. She communicated well throughout the entire buying process, and kept us informed regarding timing of delivery. The vehicle was already prepped by our arrival. Tom S. answered at length all the questions about operating the high-tech options we purchased. Kelly K. efficiently consummated the paperwork and we were out the door.
