Craig B. was excellent to work with. Well trained and knowledgeable about his product. No high pressure. He immediately showed us the cars that fit the criteria we were looking for and explained pricing and trade in value of our vehicle. When we finalized the deal he stayed (very late on on Friday night) to explain to my wife and I all the operations of the options installed on the car I was amazed.
