  • No communication, poor service

    Very frustrated with my whole experience with this company. I bought a Ram Promaster van from them back in May 2023. At the time of purchase, I was informed the power mirrors were not working and needed a new part for to be ordered and installed. Per the salesman, Bobby, the part was on backorder and would be available in 8 weeks or so, and I would receive a call when it was ready. I signed paperwork that I could return to the dealership for installation of this as part of the purchase agreement. It has now been two months since this, and I had not heard anything. I emailed Bobby twice to inquire about this and after 2 weeks with no response, I called and spoke to someone who was going to check and call me back, but a week later never did. I finally got in touch with someone today and was told they have no record of any part ever being ordered. That's very disappointing customer service and I am feeling lied to and ignored. I also got a bad vibe from this place when I bought my van and the finance person was rude after I declined an extended warranty. These people only want your money and once they have it, do not care about customer service.

    I scheduled an oil change appt and was in and out promptly and was able to get a great deal with a service package. The advisor made sure I paid for the correct package for my truck so I could get the most bang for my buck. I will be returning.

    I was there to take care of a recall. I had child care issues and I told the service rep. He said they would take care of it quickly. In about a half hour he came and got me - said they were finished. Excellent friendly service and very considerate.

    I came in with dead batteries on my Ram 3500, and even though they had many vehicles in front of me which would have been days to get to they found a way to get me in, batteries replaced, and on my way. Will see them again soon. Great service and work.

    Left multiple messages with service advisor and manager and never got a call back regarding the part delivery so we could schedule the work.

  • Oil change

    Call to make an appointment on 05/20/23. They said the earliest would be 06/24/23. Then, he told me to go there and take it as a walk-in because it was just an oil change. I drove 20 minutes to get there. The person at the desk said they do not take walk-ins. He said " I can schedule it for monday". Then, I took it in on Monday and then they told me that I was scheduled for 06/24/23. Totally a waist of time.

  • Issue with vehicle I purchased

    Bought a used cargo van and found leaks that were covered up that the dealership knew about and did not disclose them to Le before purchasing. When I brought it to their attention and tried to get them to look at it to tell me exactly the problem Tyler a manager refused to do nothing. Andrew the shop manager was awesome and friendly. Tyler was not just tried to make me feel like I was stupid by talking down to me and saying he will not even look into what the problem is.

    I am on an extremely limited budget and my Cherokee needed a few things to keep it road worthy. Bill in service worked his magic and got me back on the road way ahead of schedule. Tires and alignment were both beyond what they should have been, as this was a bit of a time sensitive matter with my half bald tires, got me in and done in no time at all. No issues with my Jeep since I started bringing it here instead of the actual Jeep dealer. Thank you for the hard work and hustle. Sam.

    My husband, Cary, took his Ram in for the lifetime warranty inspection on Saturday. Dakota was awesome in explaining the process and had the inspection completed in great time. We appreciate the great service staff at Auto Nation Dodge Ram. BTW, my husband’s truck has over 500,0000 miles and he still drives it to work!
