AutoNation Dodge Ram Arapahoe

We had a friend refer us to a salesman by the name of Jordan. We were communicating by text and email. He sent a couple of vehicles to look at. He then passed us to a salesman by the name of Bobby. I communicated by text and email and he said he would send some other vehicles that may work for my daughter. Bobby then NEVER sent any information and was never heard from again. One of the vehicles sent my daughter liked so on Saturday 9/16 we went to AutoNation Dodge anyway to look and test drive the vehicle. We were greeted by a very nice young man by the name of Robert Y. We ended up having a great experience, which I was not expecting since we were ignored by two previous salesman. My daughter ended buying her first vehicle from Robert who was professional, courteous, respectful and just a very nice pleasant person to work with. Thank you Robert Y. for taking the time with us and not only selling my daughter her first vehicle but making your first sale. I woud had never known you were new had I not been told. My son will be looking for a vehicle soon and we WILL be coming to you.
