onChad was great and helpful but unfortunately when the appointment was scheduled 3 months ago through the appointment desk it was to perform a recall as the primary reason. When I arrived I was told the parts aren't available. Chad explained it well but still frustrating that it was scheduled to begin with and I drove 1.5 hours to get there and the work couldn't be done. Was still able to get some secondary things resolved. Issue should have been prevented when appointment was scheduled or simply calling me a week before to let me.know.
