AutoNation Dodge Ram Arapahoe
Dealership Service Review
I had to write a review very similar to this to get anyone attention at this dealership last time and because they do not return phone calls I’m in the exact same position. I took my 2020 Ram back in because when I dropped it off the first time I still had a check engine light on when I went to pick it up. The manager of the dealership got ahold of me and was able to get me a loaner for when I took mine back in. So I take it back in, they do the repairs and when I went to pick it up I get told we don’t have the paperwork ready for you yet with some excuses about it not being ready because they did the repairs on good faith. Which is an outright lie, the repairs were the ones they failed to do under the warranty the first time. Got the truck home and within a very short amount of time the check engine light is back on with the same code. I’ve called and left messages with the service department including Brenton and have not had a single message returned. Truck went into limp mode and has already cost me over $1000. Take your vehicle somewhere else, when the service manager won’t even return a phone call, the service advisor can’t get you paperwork to see what repairs were done…..if they even did any at all, save your time and money.
