Travus Borek made it a pleasure to get the exact car we wanted

I called Flatirons Subaru Sales to find out if a very well-priced Certified Pre-Owned 2022 Forester Sport with ~ 2,650 miles on it in their inventory was still available on their lot🤞. The sales associate who answered my call was Travus… Borek and he immediately went out and located the car on the lot, picked up the key and said it was ready and waiting for me to come take a look.
Husband and I got in our car and drove down from Summit County and bought the car the same day. We did put a refundable credit card deposit down before we left for Flatirons Subaru just in case all of Boulder showed up that day to try and buy that car!
It was a pleasure buying the car with Travus - i’s were dotted, t’s were crossed and p’s and q’s minded in every aspect of the transaction, especially with all the documents. Travus brought husband up to speed on the Forester’s advanced safety systems (the advanced cruise control is super!) before we drove the perfectly detailed car home. What a smooth ride! Travus and all the Flatirons Subaru associates provide an outstanding car buying experience. Many thanks!

From the first introduction to the second I was driving my new car off the lot and even months later he has been exceptionally helpful. In the past, I've… always felt a bit swindled when I went to car dealerships but Flatiron Subaru is smaller, which makes it a little less intimidating and much much more attentive but never overwhelming! Paul treated me like a person, not a dollar sign. Paul and Flatiron Subaru have officially raised the bar for how I see and expect to be treated from the automobile industry. I kept thinking, am I missing something? Why is this so easy? How, what...? But it really really was very simple, painless and direct. I'm happy to say I love my car so much I don't see having to get anything else for quite awhile to come. Thank You!Awesome

This may have been the first positive experience I've had buying a car. I worked with Paul S., buying a new Suburu… Forester through my company's car buy buying program, and we got exactly the car we wanted, with the options we wanted (and no others), and didn't feel like we got totally taken to the cleaners on the trade in. When it comes time to buy my next car, I'll probably go back to Paul and this dealership.I hate car dealerships

He is not pushy at all like some sales we met in other dealer shops, which gave us the time and space to make decision.But now we realized he didn't tell some truth about the car.
