I just purchased a Legacy from Jon Eric F. at Flatirons Subaru. His patience, hand holding, professionalism, expertise, and authenticity were outstanding. He made the car buying experience a positive, exciting one with NO pressure and plenty of information to address all my questions over a number of visits to the showroom these past few months. Having observed him with purchases made by other friends, he is consistently excellent in customer service. He loves what he does....he cares......and it shows!
