Travus Borek made it a pleasure to get the exact car we wanted

I called Flatirons Subaru Sales to find out if a very well-priced Certified Pre-Owned 2022 Forester Sport with ~ 2,650 miles on it in their inventory was still available on their lot🤞. The sales associate who answered my call was Travus… Borek and he immediately went out and located the car on the lot, picked up the key and said it was ready and waiting for me to come take a look.
Husband and I got in our car and drove down from Summit County and bought the car the same day. We did put a refundable credit card deposit down before we left for Flatirons Subaru just in case all of Boulder showed up that day to try and buy that car!
It was a pleasure buying the car with Travus - i’s were dotted, t’s were crossed and p’s and q’s minded in every aspect of the transaction, especially with all the documents. Travus brought husband up to speed on the Forester’s advanced safety systems (the advanced cruise control is super!) before we drove the perfectly detailed car home. What a smooth ride! Travus and all the Flatirons Subaru associates provide an outstanding car buying experience. Many thanks!

We worked with Jeremy Pilon, who was extremely helpful throughout the process and went out of his way to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for.… He was a pleasure to work with. He acquired our car from another dealership, and then stayed after hours to ensure we were all up-to-speed with the new gadgets, etc. Jeremy was extremely accommodating and offered no hassles. As a younger female I sometimes feel taken advantage of by car salesman.… This was the second Subaru location I visited and Xavier never made me feel that way. We test drove 3 different cars about 6 times over 3-4 weeks and Paul was always positive and helpful. In… contrast, I test drove a car in another Subura dealership (Mike Shaw) and the sales person wouldn't let me test drive more than one car as he had sized up that I wasn't buying "that" day. Kristen was extremely pleasant to work with and I greatly appreciated her thorough explanation of the work being done (or needing to be done) as well as her honesty about the severity and/or urgency of future work needed. Many companies strive to be compared to Zappos or Amazon for Customer Experience.....I would say that Flatirons Subaru is on the right track and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I have only good things to say about Ryan Nuckles and his team: My priority is safety and I have complete confidence… that they will always check the vehicles out very thoroughly so that I don't end up stranded in remote areas! They will never tell you to do something that is not needed but they will also always tell you if something actually does need to be done. Ryan Nuckles in particular has gone out of his way time and time again to answer all my questions and give me considered advice, or even fit me in when they are swamped if something has come up. I would recommend this dealership and service department without the slightest hesitation, and after 10 years I can honestly say again that I would never even consider going elsewhere. Paul was responsive without being intrusive. The initial offer was the most… competitive one we found. He accommodated my busy schedule and arranged a test drive. There was almost no wasted time. Further, the finance department met our needs quickly without trying to sell us needed or unwanted products. I usually buy new vehicles directly through a sales director or manager, bypassing the salesman. Working with Paul has caused me to reconsider.buying a car made easy

I will definitely go back… even though there are 2 closer Subaru dealerships to my house that would be easier to go to. They are wonderful cars, and Mark was really helpful in getting us through the different models, trim levels, and options, to the car we wanted.… At one point he even explained that we could get a lower trim level with an option package that would get us a feature we wanted for less than the next trim level up. That is the kind of concern Mark has for his customers. It takes a fair bit of research, test driving, and questioning to get to the point of making an informed decision on a car purchase these days, and Mark was very patient throughout the process.
