The Best Customer Service Ever!

Sure, you might think that's a stretch, but I've worked with many different service folks in different industries and I'll tell you this........The service I received from Kristen Miller and the rest of the Flatirons team was by far the best ever! Kristen was extremely pleasant to work with and I greatly appreciated her thorough explanation of the work being done (or needing to be done) as well as her honesty about the severity and/or urgency of future work needed. Many companies strive to be compared to Zappos or Amazon for Customer Experience.....I would say that Flatirons Subaru is on the right track and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Way to go!!
