He even let me have my dog jump into the trunk so we could try out different vehicles to… find the one that was going to work for us. He was helpful and patient in answering all of our questions. The purchasing process was incredibly fast,… easy, and painless. Two reasons this wasn't a 5-star experience: 1) Even though we… required no financing, they still had to pull our credit (dealer policy for personal checks). We were not told about this until we were literally handing the finance manager a check. 2) Post-sale experience was less than impressive. We've been in contact with them regarding a specific issue with the car, and each time after leaving voice messages and/or texts, their response time has been slow (several days or longer). Overall, we would recommend Infiniti of Denver, and we would do business with this dealership again.exceptional experience

Her knowledge was right on....Her effervesce and enthusisam convinced me that was time to buy... No hard sell… here. It was like purchasing from a family member. The sales staff are very friendly and non intrusive, not pushy. They… listen and don't try to sell you what they think you need. From the receptionist to the owner everyone was genuinely nice and friendly. I have always loved the Infiniti brand and now I have a dealer that I trust and appreciate. The relationship does not end when you drive off the lot. I had 2 follow up calls a couple days later, 1 from the sales manager and one from the saleman both saying they appreciated my business but also to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Both left me their cell phone numbers. I am truly impressed with the level of service they provided. He brought the car to our… home in Boulder, answered questions honestly, and most of all did what he said he would do without playing any games. Priceless. It was also too good to be true I thought, but the dealer proved me wrong. Every step of the way things got done exactly the way we were told and without any argument or drama.
