INFINITI of Denver

We purchased a used Infiniti and were overall pleased with the experience we had with Justin Lytle and his staff. We didn't feel pressured, and we were happy with the price. Two reasons this wasn't a 5-star experience: 1) Even though we required no financing, they still had to pull our credit (dealer policy for personal checks). We were not told about this until we were literally handing the finance manager a check. 2) Post-sale experience was less than impressive. We've been in contact with them regarding a specific issue with the car, and each time after leaving voice messages and/or texts, their response time has been slow (several days or longer). Overall, we would recommend Infiniti of Denver, and we would do business with this dealership again.
