I have bought plenty of cars in my 60 years and even though the experience is more pleasant now than it was 40 years ago, Louis is the reason this sale happened and why I am taking the time to write this review. He brought the car to our home in Boulder, answered questions honestly, and most of all did what he said he would do without playing any games. Priceless. It was also too good to be true I thought, but the dealer proved me wrong. Every step of the way things got done exactly the way we were told and without any argument or drama. That is the way it is supposed to be.
