I went into Infinti of Denver for a safety recall service, left with a new vehicle.The staff at the service area are very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The sales staff are very friendly and non intrusive, not pushy. They listen and don't try to sell you what they think you need. From the receptionist to the owner everyone was genuinely nice and friendly. I have always loved the Infiniti brand and now I have a dealer that I trust and appreciate. The relationship does not end when you drive off the lot. I had 2 follow up calls a couple days later, 1 from the sales manager and one from the saleman both saying they appreciated my business but also to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Both left me their cell phone numbers. I am truly impressed with the level of service they provided.
