by ababababab on 01/04/2016I called in the morning when I experienced an issue. I was told from the person on the phone to bring the car in and that she would set me up with a loaner. I came into the dealership and they had no record of me calling. Apparently, the… dealership is using a call center for appointments. I called the same phone number from the dealership and the person on the other end told me she was sitting in Westlake @ Rusnak which wasn't true (according to the reception desk). I was made to feel like I was lying, even though I wasn't. Once I had to "prove" that the call center was where the mistake lied, the experience became much better for me. I was assigned to Art, he set me up with a rental and got my car fixed. Great sales service and selection

He also stayed late until everything was done. I think the BMW finance/paperwork… always takes too long, but the sales service was great.We are happy your mom found the right car for her! Sitting down with Renee was like sitting down with… an old friend. She treated me as if we had known each other for ever and kept me updated throughout the day as to the status of my vehicle. In all the years and all the cars I have bought, my experience with both the dealership and Darren was far superior. They were… quick, professional, understanding of MY time constraints.
