Dealership Service Review
I called in the morning when I experienced an issue. I was told from the person on the phone to bring the car in and that she would set me up with a loaner. I came into the dealership and they had no record of me calling. Apparently, the dealership is using a call center for appointments. I called the same phone number from the dealership and the person on the other end told me she was sitting in Westlake @ Rusnak which wasn't true (according to the reception desk). I was made to feel like I was lying, even though I wasn't. Once I had to "prove" that the call center was where the mistake lied, the experience became much better for me. I was assigned to Art, he set me up with a rental and got my car fixed. Thanks, Art.
