    Just when I thought that car salesmanship was a dying art, as I have bought a couple of luxury cars in past couple years and it seemed that I had better knowledge than the salesmen. I was in the market to replace my range rover with a G Class, when I met Jimmy Molakides from Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek. My expectations were very clear to him; I didn’t want to spend lot of time at the dealership and I wanted to be educated on what I was buying. He met both of my expectations with flying colors. He was educated on the product he was selling, told me the history on G class, showed me how to get it going and then set an appointment with a product specialist to go over the whole SUV with me. It was an experience that I truly enjoyed

    I had my 2015 Mercedes CLA 250 serviced (2d) at Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek, CA. From scheduling, arrival, and picking up my vehicles the service team was very courteous, informative and professional. Our service agent Michael Garde is always on point with our needs and we can not be any more than happy with the service we receive.

    Very satisfied with the work they did specially with the breaks and selected a good brand of tire. They made sure they clean the car before they gave me the key.

    I purchased a new Mercedes from Walnut Creek Mercedes agency. this month. It was a fine experience with terrific personal attention by my salesman Steve Scheps. It was for European delivery and and all went well. Steve kept me well informed and provided me with excellent instructions on using the electronics on the car. I appreciated all the fine service provided by all the staff at Walnut Creek Mercedes Agency .

    I had been told by a car repair place that I needed repair to my shocks and struts. I come to the dealership for another opinion and they told me everything was fine. I appreciated their assessment and am not returning to the car repair placed.

    The team at the Mercedes dealership in Walnut Creek is the BEST. This was my 40,000 (4 year) check-up even though I only had 21,644 miles on my car. Michael explained what I needed to have done to my car (brake pads in front) and new tires and gave me an estimate on how much it will cost when I bring it in the next time. Thanks for the great customer service!

    I dropped off my car to have an inspection and service done before my upcoming out-of-state trip. They done everything that I asked plus more to ensure my car is ready for the trip including a complimentary car wash....outstanding job and service!

    I live in Oakland, but come over to Walnut Creek to get my cars serviced because the staff are terrific and professional. The facility is clean, and most importantly, they do not waste my time. I feel valued and appreciated. I love that Michael H. always took the time to explain what services were performed and made sure that I was taken care of. I definitely recommend working with Michael H. if he is available.

    This was my very first service at the dealership in WC. The minute I drove in to leave my car for service, I was greeted and my loaner car was waiting for me. In and out in about 5 min. Sal, my contact, updated me through out the day. My car was done as promised on time, washed and ready to go. Thank you Sal for making this one of the easiest service trips ever!

    Greeted warmly when I arrived at the dealership. Lawrence walked me through what was going to be done on my vehicle, as well as what the expected service time would be. Being able to communicate via email or text (whichever is your preference) is very convenient, as well as being able to pay remotely. Overall a great experience.

    Serviced 2012 GL450, customer service experience with Walter Davis was excellent. Walter is always attentive & courteous. The dealership facilities are clean & modern. The work carried out was a std 60,000 mile service & replacement of P/S air suspension strut. Also new front brake rotors & pads. All work done seems to be to a high standard. Seems like overkill to change the rotors every time the brake pads are low? Makes for expensive service bills! Otherwise satisfied with the experience.

    I love taking my GL450 for service at MB Walnut Creek. I always get the best treatment from the employees especially from Sal. Sal is very professional, knowledgeable and has a good public relations. He has always done a great job in updating me on the status of the repair while my car was in the shop. I also get a nice loaner every time I turn in my car for repair. Facility is very clean and I love the coffee/espresso machine. I am a happy and satisfied customer!! Definitely a 5 star rating!
