Great sales team!

He is very knowledgeable about the Lexus cars and helped us to set up the Lexus app. His kindness, patience, and… efficiency was, and continues to be, greatly appreciated. We like the car he found us very much. We also appreciated Tim Ryan, the finance manager, who with patience and clarity helped us to go through the financial process of buying the car. First time visit

During the writing up the service we were offered a car wash and inside vacuum in which am not satisfied. The… inside vacuuming not done and the exterior has a lot of scale mark.Andy, I'm sorry to hear about the inconvenience you experienced during your visit. quick and easy service

They did find an unrepairable nail in the tire so we got a new tire, no problems. Everything’s balanced. Car is good as… new for a reasonable price very comfortable dealership stuff to do like TV, shop, and have coffee. very professional.Thank you for sharing your experience at South Bay Lexus! I consider her to be very knowledgeable and thorough on explaining what services will be required. I would also like to… give a big acknowledgement to the service receptionist. I believe her name was Hailey. I told her my front headlights were not working and that my windshield wipers needed replacement. While I was on hold, Hailey called the service department to insure that the parts were available.Thank you for your loyalty to South Bay Lexus over the years!
