Been going to South Bay Lexus for over 10 years to service my cars. For the past 3 visits, I’ve worked with Melissa. I consider her to be very knowledgeable and thorough on explaining what services will be required. I would also like to give a big acknowledgement to the service receptionist. I believe her name was Hailey. I told her my front headlights were not working and that my windshield wipers needed replacement. While I was on hold, Hailey called the service department to insure that the parts were available.
